Intelligrated Customer Service Dashboard™
The Customer Service Dashboard is a comprehensive web-based incident management and project portal available to Intelligrated customers under contract. Dashboard provides Intelligrated clients with access to real-time system incident notifications, project-specific system documentation, searchable incident histories, timestamp reporting, and full reporting export capability to popular business applications such as Microsoft® Excel and Word.

Intelligrated Customer Service Knowledgebase™
Part of Intelligrated’s Customer Service Dashboard, the Knowledgebase is an information database designed to supply Intelligrated clients with quick access to general information concerning parts and products used within their material handling systems. The Knowledgebase provides easy access to system troubleshooting tips, maintenance procedures, component information and identification, part number changes, technical service bulletins, and safety information.
